Ramtech Receives Modular Building Contract for Multi-Use Office Building at Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico
Slab on Grade Permanent Modular Building for Los Alamos National Laboratory
Ramtech has secured a contract to provide a 22,680 square foot modular building at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in Los Alamos, NM. The two-story facility will be built using our Slab on Grade Permanent Modular Construction approach, and will include a two-story atrium, elevator, and two stairwells. The floor plan calls for 67 personal business offices in three sizes, along with an open office plan on both floors that can accommodate 12 freestanding office spaces in custom furniture cubicles. The Multi-Use Office Building (MUOB) project will be installed adjacent to LANL’s main headquarters located in Technical Area 3. (more…)

Eanes ISD Learning Studio
Ramtech recently completed two next generation portable classrooms for the Eanes Independent School District located in Austin, Texas. The innovative modular building project was a collaborative effort led by Pfluger Architects which began by using our industry standard portable double classroom design, then modifying the interior and exterior in order to create a new type of instructional environment dubbed the ‘Learning Studio’. Matt Slataper Promoted to Ramtech’s Executive Vice President
Beginning January 4, Matt Slataper moved into the position of Ramtech’s Executive Vice President. In this new role, Matt will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resource, and IT areas.
He will also continue to focus on business development with an emphasis on forming strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Ramtech in 2018, Matt spent 12 years in the finance industry, most recently as a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division in the Houston area. There he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory within the oil and gas sector. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife Tiffany have two children and reside in Fort Worth.

Ramtech Completes Permanent Modular Clinic for Cactus Health Services in Fort Stockton, Texas
Ramtech has recently completed a modular health clinic for Cactus Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Fort Stockton, Texas. Working with Vandergriff Group Architects, PC in a design assist role in developing the Type V-b modular structure, Ramtech utilized the company’s pier and beam permanent modular construction process to accelerate the completion of the 6,016 square foot modular clinic building.
