RAMTECH'S WARRANTY
Ramtech stands behind our buildings by providing our customers with a full one-year written warranty on every new relocatable modular building or permanent modular construction building that we manufacture and install in the continental U.S.
The warranty period extends for one year from the date of the building's occupancy and ensures the purchaser that each facility will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. In the event of any problems encountered during the one year warranty period, Ramtech will either repair or replace the defect at no charge. Items such as heating and air-conditioning equipment, water heaters, tires, and other components which Ramtech purchases from recognized manufacturers typically carry their own warranties and are not covered under Ramtech's warranty.
