From the quad building to the sixteen classroom wing, every Ramtech standard floor plan design has been carefully developed with respect to the size of the classrooms and interior areas, types of wall finishes and flooring, lighting and low-voltage systems, and HVAC and plumbing requirements. As with our single portable classrooms, if our standard floor plans are not what you're looking for, our full-service in-house design department can also help you develop a custom building. In either situation, Ramtech can provide you with the support you need to meet your facility space goals on time and on budget.

When requirements call for larger facilities, Ramtech's traditional modular building approach can also be used to design and construct multiple classrooms and contiguous classroom wings. Ranging in standard sizes of 4 to 16 classrooms, our multiple classrooms allow you to expand your school or campus quickly and at a lower cost than by using multiple numbers of portable classrooms or other site construction alternatives with buildings that:

  • Start at $40 square foot
  • Can be installed in as little as 60 days
  • Come with complete construction services
  • Minimize the amount of site disruption
  • Can be purchased or leased thru BuyBoard or TIPS/TAPS co-ops and other project delivery methods

PURCHASE OR LEASE

Ramtech maintains an available inventory of state-approved portable double classroom buildings that are ready for immediate delivery for most areas in Texas. The same building designs are also available in the other states we service as custom buildings tailored to the local building requirements for those areas. These industry leading designs can be ordered with or without restrooms for purchase or through several short and long term leasing options. For eligible public, government, and private institutions, our portable classrooms may be procured through our approved vendor relationships with the these popular network cooperative purchasing programs:

  • The Interlocal Purchasing System
  • Houston-Galveston Area Council HGACBuy

Each of these programs allow their members to buy and lease a broad range of Ramtech's products using a prequalified bid schedule, eliminating the need to go through the lengthy and expensive process that traditional bidding requires. If one of the Ramtech portable double classrooms is not large enough to meet your needs, Ramtech also has standard classroom wing designs from four to sixteen classrooms to meet your exact requirements.
