Ramtech Completes Modular Building for Temporary Flying Squadron Facility at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, OK

Vance AFB Temporary Flying Training Squadron Facility
Ramtech recently completed a 17,284 square foot Temporary Flying Squadron Facility for the 33d Flying Training Squadron at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma. Procured using a five-year operating lease, the single-story modular building complex will be used for pilot training as part of a program aimed at increasing the graduation rate to address the shortage of pilots that currently exists within the U.S. Air Force. Ramtech worked with the 71st Mission Support Group and ASRCC, Vance AFB’s Base Operations Support contractor, to develop the project. (more…)

Vance AFB Celebrates the Opening of New Modular Building For the 33rd Flying Training Squadron

Ramtech Begins Manufacturing of Modular Office Building for Dallas County Sheriff’s Department Academy
Ramtech has begun the manufacturing phase on the 25,243 square foot modular office building we are constructing for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department Academy. Designed and developed using our slab-on-grade permanent modular construction process, the building will allow the Sheriff’s department to consolidate their training program for new recruits into one facility located 12 miles South of downtown Dallas in an unincorporated area of Dallas County. Ramtech Receives Modular Building Contract for Multi-Use Office Building at Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico

Slab on Grade Permanent Modular Building for Los Alamos National Laboratory
Ramtech has secured a contract to provide a 22,680 square foot modular building at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in Los Alamos, NM. The two-story facility will be built using our Slab on Grade Permanent Modular Construction approach, and will include a two-story atrium, elevator, and two stairwells. The floor plan calls for 67 personal business offices in three sizes, along with an open office plan on both floors that can accommodate 12 freestanding office spaces in custom furniture cubicles. The Multi-Use Office Building (MUOB) project will be installed adjacent to LANL’s main headquarters located in Technical Area 3. (more…)

Gary Davenport Receives New Mexico Architecture License
Gary Davenport, Ramtech’s Project Architect and Design Project Manager, has received his architecture license for the state of New Mexico. Gary applied for the license in order to meet a requirement in the procurement process on our successful pursuit of a $13.5 million multi-use modular office building (MUOB) project for the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
