It combines the advantages of the design-build delivery system with the benefits of Ramtech’s vertical integration and its Accelerated Building System (ABS). Ramtech’s design-build approach can provide:

With Ramtech’s proprietary ABS building process, the foundation/floor system is a poured-in-place concrete slab exactly like a traditional site constructed building. The structural framing, including all walls, roofs, and a majority of electrical and mechanical systems, are assembled in Ramtech’s manufacturing plant under a strict quality control and safety program. The building sections are then crane set onto the slab and are water tight in days, not months.
On large education, government, commercial, or medical projects, Ramtech can combine its Accelerated Building System with other site building systems to accommodate spans beyond 80 feet, ceilings up to 20 feet, and large internal structural loads. This is the perfect fit for schools, office, medical, manufacturing, and government facilities.
Ramtech also provides, at no cost, a “Preliminary Proposal” which includes a floor plan, outline specifications, a color rendering, and budgetary pricing. We also encourage any potential new client to check our references, and visit some of our completed building sites. In thirty years, Ramtech has completed over 3000 projects and it has never failed to complete one successfully.
