Ramtech Donates to MISD Education Foundation ‘I Can Code That!’ Grant
In December Ramtech had the opportunity Ramtech to continue contributing in our annual investment in sponsoring grants to the Mansfield Independent School District Education Foundation. This year two donations were given for the ‘I Can Code That!’ grant program at two of the district’s schools.
At D. P. Morris Elementary, teachers. Ms. Madison Chandlee, Ms. Sarah Moore, Ms. Anallely Beranza, Ms. Veronica Talamantes, Ms. Jocelyn Serrato, and Ms. Alma Helbert collaborated on the program Light Up OUR Learning! The grant will allow them to purchase a light table and manipulatives for both literacy and math stations to allow students to explore shapes, colors, letters to build words and support fine motor skill development while they trace, draw, and manipulate objects.
At Roberta Tipps Academy where Ms. Camie Wlaker, Ms. Shea Stapleton, Ms. Jennifer Perez, and Ms. Sarah Williams wrote a grant for I Can Code That! This grant will build STEM skills at an early age and spark an interest for our students! With this grant, the students will learn the basic concepts of coding through simple LEGO building kits.
In making the grants, Matt Slataper expressed Ramtech’s commitment to the program by stating, “We were grateful for the opportunity to support the teachers and young scholars through the MISD Foundation’s grants program this year. We’re blessed to be able to invest in the next generation through a foundation we’ve held dear for more than 20 years.”

Our experience in providing all the elements of design, manufacturing, and construction services has allowed us to build a reputation as the premier commercial modular construction company in the Southwest. 
With a resume now approaching 5,000 successfully completed projects, Ramtech continues to be an industry innovator in the development of both relocatable buildings and permanent modular construction. This success would not have been possible without the dedicated effort and longevity of many of our current team members, some of whom have been with us for virtually all of their professional lives.

Ramtech to Exhibit at CCOSA Conference in Oklahoma City June 12-14
Ramtech will be heading north of the Red River this week to exhibit at the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration (CCOSA) Summer Leadership Conference set to begin June 12-14 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Ramtech will be led by Education Specialist Sabrina Queen who will hold court in Booth #138 to share how permanent and relocatable modular construction can meet a wide variety of education facility needs for K-12 schools. Visitors will also be able to stop by and register to win a $50 Amazon gift card in our Ramtech Lego giveaway.
The CCOSA was established to develop close and continuous communication and cooperation between educators, taxpayers and legislators to improve the effectiveness of professional school administrators and to communicate the needs of the schools. Their mission is to promote quality administrative leadership for Oklahoma schools through professional development, legislation, and member services. The Council is the umbrella organization for the Oklahoma Association of School Administrators (OASA), the Oklahoma Association of Secondary School Principals (OASSP), the Oklahoma Association of Elementary School Principals (OAESP), the Oklahoma Middle Level Education Association (OMLEA), and the Oklahoma Directors of Special Services (ODSS).

Mandi Marco Joins Ramtech as Human Resources Specialist
Ramtech is pleased to announce the hiring of Mandi Marco to serve as the company’s human resource specialist. Mandi brings to Ramtech a strong industry background with over 12 years of diverse human resources experience while having spent over half of her career in the construction industry.
Ramtech has tasked Mandi with developing a new human resources department for us and creating a fully unified workplace. “Mandi will take our HR department to the next level,” said Ramtech President Matt Slataper, “and she brings a fresh level of excitement in implementing the new initiatives that are focused on solving people-related challenges including our talent acquisition, career development paths, and building out our company culture. Her main goal will be to make us a certified Great Place to Work by 2025.”
Mandi holds multiple licenses and certifications including a PHR (Professional Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute. She has throughout her career focused on developing, implementing, and improving company HR departments with a focus on company wholeness. Recognized as a statistically minded strategic thinker, Mandi has been credited with developing everything from cutting edge employee handbooks to leading the cultural change within organizations.
