Ramtech recently completed a permanent modular sales office building for Texas-based Aquamarine Pools. The new 1,680 square foot facility will allow the company to expand their retail operations with a second location in the DFW Metroplex. Located in Fort Worth, the new building is set on a large lot which will enable their sales team to respond to growing customer demand while providing more storage space for their large inventory of fiberglass and carbon-fiber composite pool designs. Ramtech was pleased to be able to head back down to the Rio Grande Valley recently and photograph the two commercial modular projects we previously completed for the Weslaco, Texas-based Payne Auto Group. The 2,400 square foot permanent modular buildings are being used as pre-owned sales centers for the auto dealership’s Harlingen and Edinburg locations in South Texas. Both buildings have exceeded the customers expectations and are contributing significantly to the company’s success in the area. (more…)

Ramtech Wins Two Modular Building Institute Awards of Distinction at 2021 World of Modular Virtual Convention
Ramtech is proud to announce that we have added to our long list of Modular Building Institute Awards of Distinction honors by receiving two first-place awards at this year’s MBI 2021 World of Modular Digital Conference and Tradeshow. This was the first ever all digital virtual event hosted by the MBI in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The conference was originally slated to be a live and in-person event to be held in San Diego March 8-12. However in October of last year when it became evident that the restrictions California placed on large gatherings would most likely continue into the new year, the MBI made the decision to put together a digital program that would closely align with the conference programs that they have used at previous years events. Ramtech Grant Helps Support MISD Education Foundation Leadership Blueprint Training Program
Last week, Ramtech was invited by the Mansfield ISD Education Foundation to celebrate with the grant recipients we recently helped support for an on-going leadership program that the MISD has been participating in. The grant will be used by MISD’s Social Emotional Learning Department for Leadership Blueprint training conducted through the Flippen Group/Capturing Kids Hearts program. MISD Assistant Principals and other school district leaders and educators will learn and practice relational skills that they will model daily to help students feel more supported, which ultimately leads to a more likely engagement in learning and fosters better academic outcomes.
Founded in 1998, the Mansfield ISD Education Foundation is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) made up of people who care about the education of the youth in the community. They work in partnership with members and organizations in the Mansfield area, in order to work together to bring creative and innovative programs into the school district and classroom by offering funding beyond what local tax dollars are able to provide. To date, over $3.5 million in grants have been secured to enhance the education provided by Mansfield ISD. Thank you to the MISD Education Foundation for your support of the Mansfield Independent School District and helping to support and build a better community.
