Savoy Medical Center needed to extend primary care services into surrounding communities without the cost and long schedules of conventional construction. Ramtech delivered two 1,820 s.f. modular medical clinics for locations in Elton and Ville Platte, Louisiana. Each building features Hardi Panel lap siding accented with faux masonry skirting, while canopies shelter the main entry and add a welcoming architectural detail. Interiors are finished with VCG wall board, vinyl plank flooring, and lay-in tile ceilings, creating clean, durable surfaces well suited for a clinical environment. Wall-hung HVAC units provide efficient heating and cooling while conserving valuable interior space. The clinics extended patient access into both rural communities on an accelerated timeline.
