North Caddo Medical Center was looking to expand its market area and needed physician clinic space. Ramtech delivered a 4,510 s.f. relocatable modular clinic installed on a CMU pad-on-grade foundation for fast installation. The building features LP Smart Panel siding and a parapet wall profile, topped with a durable EPDM roof. Concrete steps, ramps, and landings with pipe handrails provide an attractive and accessible entry. Interiors include VCG walls, VCT flooring, and lay-in ceilings. Wall-hung HVAC units deliver efficient heating and cooling throughout. This solution enabled the center to improve patient access in the community without the delays of conventional construction and relocate the building to further expand their market once a new permanent medical complex is built.
