Located in North Richland Hills (Fort Worth) TX, this 10,800 square foot facility serves as the North Texas regional weather forecasting and broadcasting facility for the National Weather Service (NOAA).

As a complete development project, Ramtech was responsible for the acquisition of the land, space planning, all the architectural, engineer – ing and civil design, and the financing required to provide for a 10-year lease with 10 year renewal options. Using permanent modular construction, the building features wood and steel construction, a reinforced con – crete and steel tornado vault, raised computer flooring cover – ing over 50% of the interior area, perimeter security fencing, and a split-faced block exterior.
