Ramtech constructed this 8,820 square foot relocatable modular building for the MOSAIC 18+ transition program located at Humble ISD’s Community Learning Center complex. The facility provides space for the district’s innovative curriculum that prepares special education students with self-determination and self-advocacy skills for independent living, employability, recreation and leisure, and life long learning. The building features eight special use classrooms, two fully-simulated efficiency apartments with kitchens and showers, a large conference room, a retail store, and administrative office space. Designed to meet the Houston-area 110 mile per hour wind load specification, the exterior utilizes R-Panel metal siding and extensive canopies that extend to the main structure.
