When Cactus Health had to relocate from a smaller facility with no room for expansion they turned to Ramtech to construct a 6,016 square foot medical clinic that provided three exam rooms for each of their three providers, a reception area, multiple private offices, an x-ray room, lab and pharmacy area, and future space for a dentist. Working with Vandergriff Group Architects, PC in a design assist role in developing the Type V-b modular building, Ramtech built a facility with a parapet wall exterior that utilized a combination of R-Panel metal siding with a masonry rock veneer. The modular clinic project was funded using a long-term low interest loan through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Community Facilities Direct Loan & Grant Program.
