Ramtech will once again be exhibiting at the Texas Association of School Business Officials TASBOFEST Conference in Austin, Texas. The annual conference and exhibition has moved to the Austin Convention Center this year and will run from February 27 – March 3 with designated exhibitor hours on Tuesday and Wednesday. Ramtech has continuously participated in the TASBO conference for over 25 years, and this year will once again be represented in Booth 521 by Sabrina Queen and Jeff Ward who will showcase our relocatable modular buildings, traditional permanent modular construction, and Accelerated Building System prefabricated school construction capability. The conference will feature multiple learning sessions on accounting and finance, leadership and management, information technology, and maintenance and operations issues. The two general session keynote speakers are Juliet Funt, owner and founder of WhiteSpace at Work, and Tom Flick, former NFL quarterback and an organizational leadership expert. The 2017 TASBO Conference will have over 3,000 school business professionals and decision-makers representing school districts from around the state. Exhibit space for the show is sold out and will include more than 300 vendors from around the country.

Ramtech will once again be exhibiting at the Texas Association of School Administrators Midwinter Conference in Austin, Texas. The conference, held annually at the Austin Convention Center, will run from January 29 – February 1 with designated exhibitor hours on Monday and Tuesday. Ramtech has continuously participated in the TASA conference for over 25 years, and this year will once again be represented in Booth 1010 by Sabrina Queen and Jeff Ward who will showcase our relocatable modular buildings, traditional permanent modular construction, and Accelerated Building System prefabricated school construction capability. The conference will feature General, Thought Leader, and Concurrent sessions that focus on topics including school leadership, student engagement, finance, human resource management, digital learning, facility planning, operations, and assessment and accountability. The three general sessions keynote speakers are Amarillo ISD’s Shanna Peeples, 2015 National and Texas Teacher of the Year, Texas Commissioner of Education Mike Morath, and the University of Pittsburgh professors Lauren Resnick and Christian Schunn. The 2017 TASA Conference has already over 3,900 registered attendees representing administrators from 1066 Texas school districts and other organizations. This year’s exhibit space is sold out and will include more than 350 exhibitors from around the country.
Ramtech Building Systems To Showcase Modular Buildings at the 2016 Texas Municipal League Conference in Austin October 5-7
Ramtech will be exhibiting our relocatable modular buildings, permanent modular construction (PMC), and Accelerated Building System (ABS) prefabricated construction capabilities in booth 1032 at the 2016 Texas Municipal League annual conference and exhibition being held on October 5-7 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. The annual conference is expected to draw more than 3,000 delegates representing over 300 cities throughout Texas. The conference will begin Wednesday, October 5th at 10:30pm with a keynote address on Re-imagining the 21st Century City by Futurist and Global Strategist Mike Walsh. The other keynote speakers include leadership expert and coach Carol Kinsey Goman, and the Rev. Jeffrey Brown Pastor and President of Rebuilding Every Community Around Peace. (more…)
Ramtech will once again be exhibiting our portable classrooms, permanent modular school buildings, and Accelerated Building System (ABS) prefabricated modular construction capabilities in booth 119 at this year’s 2016 TASA/TASB Convention being held at the George R. Brown Convention Center on September 23-24 in Houston. The conference is expected to draw more than 5,000 attendees from public school districts across the state, including 4,000 school board members and their guests, and over 1,000 school administrators including superintendents, associate superintendent, and other key school district personnel. The exhibition will begin Friday September 23 at 8:00am, followed by the first general session in the afternoon with a keynote address from Mike Morath, the current Texas Commissioner of Education. Since the first conference in 1960, the Convention has focused on providing training and continuing education to school district leadership teams in order to develop their roles in the state’s public school system. The conference provides relevant and practical programs and workshops for attendees to meet and talk with their peers from across the state, and the ability to view and source products and services in an exhibit area with close to 400 exhibitors.

Ramtech will return to exhibit again at the TASA Midwinter Conference in Austin, Texas. The conference, held annually at the Austin Convention Center, will run from January 25-28 with exhibitor hours on Monday and Tuesday. Ramtech has participated in the TASA conference for over 25 years, and this year will be represented in booth 1131 by Sabrina Queen and Jeff Ward who will showcase our relocatable modular buildings, traditional permanent modular construction, and Accelerated Building System prefabricated school construction products. The theme for the conference, Education = future, will feature Thought Leader sessions that focus on topics including school leadership, finance, human resource management, facility planning, and operations. The three general sessions will begin with keynote speakers Doug Christensen of Doane College, Texas Education Agency Commissioner Michael Williams, and Brendon Busteed from Gallup Education. The 2014 TASA Conference had an attendance of over 4,500, including 770 superintendents and other administrators from over 828 Texas School Districts. This year’s show is expected to draw more than 350 exhibitors from around the country.
Ramtech will only have to go across town to Fort Worth this year when we head back over to the Texas Healthcare Trustees’ annual Healthcare Governance Conference being held on July 25-27 at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel. This year’s conference will feature nationally recognized speakers from around the country who will focus on some of the most significant changes affecting healthcare since Medicaid and Medicaid were originally introduced in the 1960s. Ramtech’s medical facility specialist Bill Barron will be representing us as we aim to promote our innovative and flexible modular medical clinics and other modular buildings for community health centers, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, pharmacies/labs, diagnostic imaging, and dialysis centers. The Texas Healthcare Trustees, an affiliate of the Texas Hospital Association, is an organization that provides education, resources, and leadership development for Texas hospitals, health systems, health foundations, and health related organizations.

Ramtech trade show activities will be kicked into high gear during the month of February as we go on the road to exhibit our temporary and permanent modular buildings at conferences in both the healthcare and education markets. First up, Bill Barron will represent us at the revamped Texas Hospital Association’s annual Conference and Expo on February 13th and 14th in booth 628 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, TX. The THA conference is the association’s marquee event for Texas hospital leaders in clinical, administrative and governance positions. The 2013 conference is expected to draw a record attendance with the addition of the organization’s partnership with the Texas Healthcare Trustees, Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Texas Association of Healthcare Financial Administration, and the American College of Healthcare Executives Texas chapters. The following week on February 19th and 20th, Ramtech’s Sabrina Queen and Jeff Ward will showcase our temporary and permanent modular construction capabilities for public schools in booths 511 & 513 at the 67th annual Texas Association of School Business Officials conference at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. Representing more than 5,500 members and 30 regional affiliates from more than 900 public school districts in Texas, the TASBO conference always provides an ideal opportunity for us to follow-up with our huge number of past customers as well as potential clients in need of portable classrooms, traditional modular multiple classroom buildings, and permanent facilities using our Accelerated Building System permanent modular construction method.
On October 24th and 25th Ramtech will once again exhibit our temporary and permanent modular buildings for healthcare applications at the Louisiana Rural Health Association Conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The conference and award show will be at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel and the exposition will provide us with an opportunity to reach the small and rural hospital providers in a state that has been very supportive of Ramtech. For the last 20 years the LRHA has served as a unified voice for health care providers, public officials, healthcare employees, educators and consumers working cooperatively to improve rural health in Louisiana. Ramtech will be represented by business development specialist Bill Barron who will be joined by attendees, speakers, and other exhibitors from across the state. From October 31 through November 1, Ramtech will be back exhibiting our temporary and permanent modular building designs at the International Facility Management Association’s World Workplace 2012 Conference and Expo at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. The IFMA exposition is the largest and longest-running annual conference for facility management and related professions in the world, and is a show that we have used on a regional basis to promote our modular construction capabilities in the past. For over 30 years they have consistently provided the largest forum for identifying and promoting current trends, supporting continuing education, developing networking opportunities, and showcasing the latest products and services available to the facility management industry. Ramtech will be represented at booth number 288 by sales development specialists Bill Barron and Jeff Ward, who will be joined by over 250 other exhibitors and attendees from a broad range of industries from around the world. The conference will be opened by keynote speaker Guy Kawasaki, former chief evangelist of Apple, cofounder of Alltop.com, and best-selling author who will present “The Art of Innovation” to the World Workplace attendees. Ramtech will once again be at the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals’ annual conference and trade show coming April 11-13. Historically held at the Hotel Intercontinental in Addison, the conference is moving over to the Omni Hotel in downtown Dallas this year. With this year’s theme being “Working Together to Improve Rural Healthcare” TORCH expects this year’s conference to be one of the largest events they’ve ever hosted. Ramtech medical facility specialist Bill Barron will be manning booth number 77 while we aim to promote our highly successful modular medical clinics and other modular healthcare building products for community health clinics, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, pharmacies/labs, diagnostic imaging, and dialysis centers. The TORCH conference is directed toward rural and community hospital administration, finance, education, and advocacy professionals, with the primary goal of providing a forum to address the special needs and issues of these hospitals.
