Constructed using Ramtech’s Accelerated Building System, this building is a part of the Tolar ISD High School expansion. The building functions as a ten-classroom elementary school addition with restrooms. The building is fabricated using full steel frame construction including a clear span steel truss roof support. The classroom division walls are full height and insulated to reduce sound transmission. To minimize roof penetrations and increase usable interior space, the HVAC systems utilize pad mounted condensing units and attic mounted air handlers with individual thermostats for each room. The exterior is finished with the same rock exterior in order to match the other major buildings on the campus.
