Payne Mitsubishi sought to strengthen its dealership network by adding a new sales facility, one of five projects contracted with Ramtech. The facility features private offices, a spacious showroom, customer lounge, and service support area, with interior finishes adhering to the Mitsubishi Motors Visual Identity Manual. Site-completed elements include corporate signage, an extended fascia, a covered service carport, and an illuminated entrance with LED feature lighting. Crane-set on a modified pier-and-beam foundation engineered for TDI Wind Zone 1 standards (140 mph), the building has a centerpiece indoor showroom that can display two vehicles on a tiled floor reinforced with supplemental joists and steel sub-girts, supporting concentrated live loads over 6,000 lbs per vehicle.
