Martin County Hospital needed to address an urgent need for physician office space. Ramtech delivered two modular clinics totaling 4,256 sf. installed on CMU pad-on-grade foundations for fast deployment. The buildings feature HardiPanel stucco-embossed exterior siding with elastomeric paint for lasting appeal and low maintenance, and gable-style rooflines crowned with 29-gauge high-rib steel roofing panels. The interiors include VCG walls, VCT floor tile, and lay-in tile ceilings. Wall-hung HVAC units provide efficient heating and cooling to each building. These modular clinics enabled the hospital to quickly expand capacity while enhancing physician services and patient access in this growing rural community without the lengthy construction timelines of conventional construction.
