Ramtech constructed a 5,724 square foot payment office center using our pier and beam permanent modular construction method. The Type V-B facility features an EIFS exterior and EPDM roof, with an interior that includes textured and painted walls complemented by durable LVT flooring. The building is equipped with a split system HVAC for efficient heating and cooling in the desert environment. The design incorporates plastic laminate cabinets and solid surface countertops for a modern, functional aesthetic. The storefront entries and windows provide ample natural light and a professional appearance. The layout includes multiple payment windows in the entry area, open office spaces, private offices, boardroom area, engineering office, conference rooms, and an employee break area.
