PERMANENT Healthcare BUILDINGS

Since 1982 Ramtech's permanent medical buildings have provided flexible and affordable solutions to meet the requirements of many types of healthcare organizations. Whether you need more administrative or medical office space, a diagnostic imaging center, or a community health clinic, our traditional permanent modular construction (PMC) can help you get the facility you want when you need it. It's a highly flexible construction approach that can accommodate the healthcare markets challenging technical and aesthetic requirements faster and with less cost than other forms of construction. We do it through an innovative manufacturing and construction process that is managed by an engineering and construction team with years of experience in understanding the nuances of patient flow, the requirements of building codes and environmental regulations, and the complex government regulatory requirements for ADA, Life Safety and HHS. Our PMC process is ideal for many types of healthcare facilities including:

  • Administrative and medical offices
  • Rural health centers
  • Labs and clinics
  • Rehabilitation centers
  • Diagnostic imaging
  • Specialty medicine buildings

As a vertically integrated construction company, Ramtech is able to bring our flexible and affordable permanent modular construction solutions to healthcare providers in remote, rural, or urban areas. Over the years we have developed a large selection of standard and customizable floor plans for you to choose from in addition to our ability to design new facilities or additions to existing structures. Whichever you choose, Ramtech guarantees that you'll get a building that will meet your specific requirements, timeframe, and budget.

Hico ISD Multiple Classroom Building

Project video narrated by Jon Hartgraves, Superintendent of Hico ISD in Hico, Texas. This video highlights the design, manufacture, and construction of an eight-classroom relocatable modular building installed to match the existing structures on the district's main campus. The 8,064 square foot facility was part of a modular construction project that included the purchase of the modular school building as well as the lease of two of Ramtech's industry-leading portable classrooms. Part of a district wide facility consolidation program, the multiple classroom building was installed on an adjacent parking lot at the current junior high school location in order to accommodate pre-kindergarten and elementary school students.
