Ramtech stands behind our buildings by providing our customers with a full one-year written warranty on every new relocatable modular school building that we manufacture and install in the continental U.S. The warranty period extends for one year from the date of the building's occupancy and ensures the purchaser that each facility will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. In the event of any problems encountered during the one year warranty period, Ramtech will either repair or replace the defect at no charge. Items such as heating and air-conditioning equipment, water heaters, tires, and other components which Ramtech purchases from recognized manufacturers typically carry their own warranties and are not covered under Ramtech's warranty.
Project video narrated by John Mixon, lead architect from Stuck Associates Architects on the modular elementary and middle school campus built for KIPP Delta Public Schools in Blytheville, Arkansas. This video was shot in one of the classrooms that make up the School's five-unit modular building complex, designed and constructed using traditional modular construction by Ramtech. The project includes an elementary and middle school consisting of three 8,100 square foot eight-classroom buildings, a 3,600 square foot food preparation and cafeteria facility, and a 3,600 square foot administrative office complex.
