Modular School Buildings

When it comes to modular school buildings and portable classrooms, we know your budget dollars have to go a long way. That's why colleges and universities, and public, private and charter schools all look to Ramtech to meet their relocatable modular building needs. Our comprehensive approach to temporary and permanent modular construction takes into consideration a wide range of factors such as:

  • Proper facility layout and design
  • Model building code regulations
  • State education guidelines
  • Environmental impact regulations
  • ADA compliance

The design, manufacture, and installation of all our modular school buildings and portable classrooms are coordinated by our own staff, including a Ramtech project manager and on-site superintendent. These committed professionals see to it that every phase of your project is seamlessly connected to the next and completed to your satisfaction. This attention to detail provides the difference in maximizing the project coordination while minimizing the potential for conflicts, project delays, and cost overruns on the project. Our customers see this as the "Ramtech Difference", and it's what sets us apart from other modular and site-built construction companies. We invite you to call us and discover just what this difference can mean for your next project.

Family Health Clinic

Project video narrated by Penny Gray, Administrator of Limestone Medical Center in Groesbeck, Texas. The video was shot in the lobby area of this 12,000 square foot family medical clinic built using our Accelerated Building System prefabricated construction method. Ramtech provided full construction services including the development of the site. The new clinic was part of a complete redevelopment with an exterior to match the new hospital facility constructed on the same site. The $2.1 million dollar rural health clinic is home to seven physicians and an optometrist and includes a total of 20 exam rooms, 4 procedure rooms, medical records and billing offices, and retail space for an optometrist.
