Hewlett-Packard Commercial Office Building
Over the course of two years, Ramtech completed 11 projects totaling over 275,000 square feet for Hewlett-Packard Corp. In each case the buildings were used for engineering and administrative office space at the company's existing locations in northern California and throughout Colorado. This 20,160 square foot facility pictured here serves as an engineering and administrative office facility at their sprawling corporate campus in Santa Rosa, California. For each facility, Ramtech worked on the building layout in cooperation with Hewlett-Packard's designated architectural firm to incorporate HP's open office workspace guidelines. The facilities feature all steel clear span construction with exteriors designed to blend in with the existing structures.
