Diamond Shamrock Office Complex
When Diamond Shamrock needed to quickly expand their retail credit accounting operations and move key personnel from the main building at their sprawling campus in northwest San Antonio, they turned to a modular building solution from Ramtech. As North America's largest independent petroleum refiner and marketer, Diamond Shamrock supplies fuel and products from California to Canada. The 19,800 square foot administrative office building is comprised 24 modules with a 10 foot interior ceiling height. The facility accommodates two large cubicle areas, private offices, a microfiche reading room, and records storage area. The exterior features a Hardi-panel stucco exterior with an elastomeric paint finish, and a concrete step and ramp assembly.
