Hewlett Packard Office Building - Santa Rosa, CA

One of 11 projects completed for Hewlett-Packard Corporation over the course of two years, this 20,160 square foot facility serves as an engineering and administrative office facility at their sprawling corporate campus in Santa Rosa, California. In the programming phase, Ramtech worked on the building layout in cooperation with Hewlett-Packard's designated architectural firm to incorporate HP's open office workspace guidelines. The facility features all steel clear span construction and Dura-temp wood siding with a stucco exterior to match the existing site architecture. The project also required extensive civil engineering design for the foundation system and site development in order to meet the strict Northern California seismic requirements.

Cook Children's Medical Clinic - Fort Worth, TX

When Cook Children's Hospital wanted to expand the number of community clinics needed to meet the demands of the medically under-served areas of Fort Worth, Texas, they chose the fast-track approach of traditional modular construction. Developed with a permanent looking curb appeal, these facilities were all designed and manufactured to be relocated in the future depending on market conditions. A total of four two-practitioner clinics were designed, manufactured, and installed within a 180 day time frame. Each clinic features 6 exam rooms, a procedure room, nurse's station, lab, waiting area and business office. The exteriors were finished with HardiPanel cement siding with an elastomeric paint finish, and each building incorporated concrete steps and ramps and roof-mounted HVAC mechanical systems.

Ft. Meade Audio/Visual Lab Complex - Ft. Meade, MD

When the United States Army needed to lease an interim use facility for the Armed Forces radio and television network, they turned to design-build modular construction to meet the need. Built in two phases over 180 days, this 157,000 square foot facility in Fort Meade, Maryland served as a temporary audio-visual training facility while the Army constructed several new buildings. The modular building has specially designed rooms including a video and audio production studios, photography labs, offices, classrooms, and training areas. The facility incorporates STC sound ratings, sophisticated HVAC mechanical systems, a chemical reclamation system, miles of low-voltage wiring, and a storm water management system to meet State requirements.

Bexar County Dialysis Clinic - San Antonio, TX

Located in the greater San Antonio area, this 8,640 square foot renal dialysis center was installed as a satellite facility for the Bexar County Hospital District. It was the first modular building of its kind designed to meet the needs of patients with limited access to dialysis treatment in a historically underserved area. Manufactured and installed for future relocation if required, the facility features painted T-111 wood siding, steel mansard, and an ADA compliant wood step and ramp system. The building has an emergency back-up generator, advanced security system, and a chemical tank room with a fiberglass epoxy acid-resistant floor.
