Ramtech's development of our Accelerated Building System prefabricated construction approach has allowed us to offer our commercial and institutional customers a superior approach to acquiring single and multiple-story permanent facilities. We've been able to do this through a vertically integrated process that allows us to offer a complete range of services on each project we perform, from the building design to the final finish out, including complete construction services with full site development. Our experience has shown that the best features we can build into any building is exceptional value and complete customer satisfaction. We believe that the right way is the only way to do a construction project, so no matter what it takes we will spare no effort to get the job done. We call this the Ramtech difference, and since our beginning every building we've designed, manufactured, and constructed has been an expression of this philosophy.
Project video narrated by Teresa Knox, Founder and Owner of Clary Sage College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This video was shot in the College's fashion design lab, part of a 19,270 square foot two-story addition to their existing campus that used Ramtech’s Accelerated Building System method. Using a design-build stipulated sum contract, the Type II noncombustible structure adds twelve 800 to 1,000 square foot vocational classrooms including computer, interior design, and fashion design labs, as well as administrative offices, a commercial display area, student union and break room. Having been at capacity for over two years, the addition increased the overall size of the college by 60% and enabled the school to offer new degree programs in fashion and interior design as well as provide for badly needed space for their existing curriculum.
